Glossier Showroom

The other day, I had the chance to head to the Glossier showroom to checkout what they had.  I’ve been dying to get my hands on some of these products, but resisted ordering online, knowing that I could try everything out in person here.

Immediately upon walking in the building, I was greeted by a representative, and directed to the elevator.  The showroom itself is lovely, and has a wide range of products.  Furthermore, the girls that worked there were beyond friendly and super helpful as well.

LOVE THE PRODUCTS

I originally just wanted to check out the showroom and test some of the products, but I ended up loving the perfecting skin tint so much that I had to take it home with me.  This water-based formula is perfect for evening out your skin tone and adding a healthy glow, and is the perfect product if you’re going for the “no makeup-makeup look”.  I love applying a little bit of this before I run out the door in the morning, because it evens out my coloring and makes me look much more awake, all while achieving a natural and dewey finish.

THEIR MISSION

In addition to their awesome products, I’m also a huge fan of all that Glossier stands for.  The entire line highlights the idea that less is more when it comes to makeup, and encourages women to embrace their natural beauty, rather than to cover up their imperfections.  By emphasizing the beauty of the bare face, Glossier has managed to spread a positive and empowering message to people of all ages, that is so crucial in this day and age.

I had such a great experience checking out the Glossier showroom, and cannot wait to get my hands on more of their products!
