5 Podcasts You Need To Listen To This Summer

If you’re not listening to podcasts, you’re doing it wrong.

Living in LA, I spend a lot of time in my car, and I’ve recently found that Podcasts really help pass the time. Whether I’m in need of a laugh, some inspo, or a little bit of advice, there’s a Podcast out there for virtually any topic.

Here are 5 podcasts that you need in your life:

  1. The Skinny Confidential Him & Her

Hosted by Lauren Evarts and Michael Bosstick, The Skinny Confidential Him & Her might just be my favorite podcast at the moment. Whether you’re looking for the scoop on the current health and fitness trends, buisness tacticks, or the latest gossip, this podcast has it all. These two have larger than life personalities that are captured so well on each episode, and always host the most interesting and inspiring people.

2. GOOP

Perhaps one of the most iconic podcasts out there, GOOP is definitely a must when it comes to podcasts. Hosts Gwenyth Paltrow and Elise Loehnen never fail to bring on the most amazing and inspiring guests, who all offer insight into an array of different topics randing from health and wellness, to beauty and buisness. If you’re looking to get the insiders scoop on any of these topics, this is your podcast.

3. The Morning Toast

This list would not be complete without The Morning Toast. Covering all of the latest gossip — from celebrity and reality TV drama, to news and pop-culture, this is the perfect podcast for your morning commute. This podcast has become a crucial part of my morning, and something that I look forward to every day. My daily commute to work has been forever changed for the better!

4. The Bitch Bible

Jackie Schimmel’s unapologetic honesty and sense of humor is nothing short of entertaining, which is why I love listening to The Bitch Bible. This podcast is completely unfiltered, and discussions range from media and pop-culture to lifetsyle, love and sex. I’m new to this podcast, but have been loving it so far.

5. That’s So Retrograde

Another podcast that I just recently started listening to is That’s So Retrograde. Co-hosted by Elizabeth Knott and Stephanie Simbari, these episodes cover all things wellness, lifestyle and millenial culture. Elizabeth and Stephanie have such a great dynamic, and are so entertaining to listen to.
