A Weekend In The Hamptons

Last week, I headed to New York to move into my dorm for the year.  Much to my suprise, this move in process took less time than I expected, and I was left with a few free days before class started.  As such, I decided to head to the Hamptons for the weekend to enjoy the last moments of my summer vacation.

It can be a little bit of a treck to get out here (especially if the traffic is bad), but I promise, this place is worth the wait!  The tiny town that I stay in is the perfecct city escape, and is pretty much the opitimy of relaxation.  From waking up and grabbing fresh baked bagels at Goldberg’s (this is the only place I ever get bagels because they’re that good!), to biking to the Surf Club, and picnicing at the beach for dinner, life here really could not get any better.

This has been the perfect way to end my summer, and now that I’m all rested and relaxed, I’m more excited than ever to get back to the city and get started with school.
