The Holidays are officially over but if you’re a Capricorn like me, the party planning hasn’t come to an end just yet. Every year, just as the madness from the holidays settles down, I find myslef scrambling to come up with a plan for my birthday. In the past, I’ve waited until the absolute last minute to make plans, but this year I wanted to be more proactive.
Getting on a good health and fitness kick can be so difficult and daunting. I’ve spend the past couple of years exploring different health and fitness trends, and have learned so much in doing so.
From eating healthy to working out, here’s my starters guide to health and fitness — from eating right and working out, to all of the do’s and don’ts I’ve learned along the way.
Over the weekend, I decided to head over to LACMA to check out the art scene there. Art has been a huge part of my life from the time that I was very young. Many of my childhood memories include visiting art galleries and museums, and spending hours staring at some of my favorite paintings in absolute awe.
These past few weeks have been an absolute whirlwind for me. I’ve met more people than I can even remember, and have worked harder than ever before. While I’ve been extremely busy, I have managed to slip off campus a few times, and explore the surrounding areas.
