2019 was the year of not giving a fuck (excuse the french); the year of doing things differently, because it’s what felt right to me. 2019 was the year of saying yes to opportunities that I normally would have turned down, and the year of figuring things out as I went; making it work.
So, with that said, here’s the best of 2019…
For the past few years, my life has been filled with lots of uncertainty and change. 2018 came with lots of growth and change, and I learned a lot over the course of this year. Here are (a few) of my favorite moments from 2018…
Every year after the holidays, I like to take some time to come up with new years resolutions. I think it is so important to go into the year with an intention, and think about how you can better yourself as an individual.
If I were to use one word to describe 2017, I would use the word “unconventional”. Rather than returning to school like most of my friends, I started off the new year by packing up all of my belongings in my dorm room and returning home
2016 was a crazy year. Looking back to where I was in my life at this time next year, and seeing just how much has changed in such a short amount of time still blows my mind. Last year at this time, I was just starting my last trimester of school, running on no sleep and zero motivation, experiencing the full effects of senioritis, frantically shuffling through all of my contacts and resources in order to come up with a senior project, and college was an enigma. My goal last year? To make it to this year.
2016 was such a memorable year, with so many amazing changes and new experiences. I have never gone through so many changes in such a short amount of time, but I feel grateful for every new experience that I had. I cherished my last few months at home, and then had the amazing opportunity to move to a new city, and start fresh. Here were just a few of my favorite moments from 2016
